Role at a glance
This is a full-time, executive-level Art Director position based on-site in the United States. We are seeking a seasoned professional who can take full ownership of our creative output and lead our design strategy with precision and flair.
Your impact
- Develop and champion a cohesive creative vision that aligns perfectly with our brand guidelines and overarching strategic goals.
- Lead and mentor an external team of creatives, fostering an environment where innovation thrives and high-quality work is the standard.
- Oversee the entire creative lifecycle, from the initial concept phase to final execution, while ensuring every project stays on schedule and within budget.
What you'll need
To succeed in this role, you should be a master of your craft with a deep understanding of design principles. We require the following qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Over 8 years of experience as an Art Director, specifically within a $200M consumer brand environment.
- At least 5 years of experience managing and leading both internal and contract creative teams.
- A robust portfolio that highlights your ability to execute successful projects across multiple channels and mediums.
- Expertise in typography, color theory, and industry-standard design software.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to present complex ideas to leadership and cross-functional partners.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English.
