The opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Art Director to join our team in the United Kingdom. In this role, you will be the creative heartbeat of our CG projects. You will work closely with our Creative Director to translate complex architectural narratives into stunning, cohesive visual experiences. Your purpose is to ensure that every project we touch maintains the highest standard of quality and artistic integrity, while effectively communicating our clients' visions to the production team. You will be a bridge between high-level creative concepts and the practical realities of production, ensuring that our unique visual approach is executed with precision and flair.

A day in the life

• You will lead the art direction for CG films and still images, collaborating with teams on live-action shoots to ensure a seamless visual narrative.
• You will translate creative briefs into actionable plans, developing moodboards, style frames, and pre-visualizations that guide the production team toward a shared goal.
• You will act as a key point of contact for our clients, attending meetings to present our creative direction, interpret feedback, and resolve any design challenges that arise during the production process.

Who you are

You are a seasoned creative with a deep understanding of the built environment and a passion for CG and animation. You have a proven track record of working within creative agencies or production environments, and you possess the following skills and experience:

• Expert-level knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite and a strong grasp of standard industry software and workflows.
• Extensive experience in art directing CG production teams and a portfolio that showcases your ability to adapt to various creative styles.
• A background that includes work on film and photography shoots.
• The ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to both clients and internal teams.
• A flexible, decisive, and collaborative mindset, with the ability to solve problems under pressure while maintaining high standards of detail.
• Fluency in English.
