We are looking for a creative, forward-thinking Art Director, Events & Brand to join our team in an on-site capacity in Santa Clara, California.
Key outcomes
- Lead the creative direction and execution of branding for executive events, trade shows, and corporate environments from initial concept through to final installation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, project managers, and creative teams to develop assets that align with evolving project requirements.
- Direct on-site production teams and labor to ensure all creative elements, structures, and wayfinding are installed according to specifications.
- Manage the design and production of large-scale event graphics, maintaining high standards for quality control and print accuracy.
- Standardize operational workflows, including file management, server structures, and vendor management, to improve team efficiency.
- Partner with the Account-Based Marketing team on strategic design initiatives to support customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Oversee the coordination of multidisciplinary teams, including fabrication and installation partners, to ensure seamless execution at large-scale conferences.
- Advocate for team well-being by implementing programs that support a healthy work-life balance and reduce burnout.
Requirements
- Senior-level experience in creative direction, event production, and brand design.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects, including corporate environments and large-scale conferences.
- Strong proficiency in vendor management, production coordination, and on-site installation oversight.
- Exceptional skills in project management, design quality control, and prepress asset management.
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English.
Compensation
The annual base salary range for this position is $145,000 to $218,000. Actual compensation is determined based on the specific role, level, and location. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for incentive pay or equity.
