The opportunity

In this senior role, you will be the creative heartbeat of our CG projects. You will work closely with our Creative Director to translate complex narratives into stunning visual realities. Your mission is to develop unique visual approaches that honor the architectural integrity of our projects while pushing the limits of what is possible in CG. You will act as a bridge between our creative vision and our production teams, ensuring that every detail, from the initial moodboard to the final frame, aligns with our high standards and our clients' goals.

A day in the life

• You will lead the art direction for CG films and stills, collaborating with production teams and occasionally overseeing live-action shoots to ensure a cohesive aesthetic.
• You will translate high-level creative briefs into practical, actionable guidance, defining the visual direction through style frames, pre-visualization, and detailed moodboards.
• You will serve as a key point of contact for our clients, attending meetings to present our progress, interpret feedback, and ensure our creative solutions remain perfectly aligned with their objectives.

Who you are

You are a seasoned creative with a deep passion for the built environment and a sharp eye for detail. You possess expert knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite and have a proven track record within a creative agency or production environment. You are a natural leader who communicates with clarity, stays calm under pressure, and enjoys mentoring teammates to foster a culture of innovation. You are comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team, and you have the technical fluency to reconcile creative ambitions with production realities. Fluency in English is essential for this role.
