We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team in Munich, Germany, to help us scale our presence and impact throughout the Benelux region.
What is this role?
We are seeking a Senior Area Marketing Manager to join us on a full-time, on-site basis. This is a strategic role designed for an experienced professional who is ready to take ownership of our marketing initiatives in the Benelux territory. You will be instrumental in bridging the gap between our global marketing strategies and local market needs to ensure our continued success.
What will you do?
- Partner with our sales team to analyze market dynamics and develop localized marketing plans that address specific regional opportunities and challenges.
- Execute high-impact client acquisition initiatives, including lead generation, webinars, go-to-market campaigns, and events, to drive measurable revenue growth.
- Manage and grow our social media presence and public relations efforts to effectively engage our target audiences and strengthen our brand identity.
What makes you a great fit?
To succeed in this role, you should bring a strong background in marketing and a collaborative mindset. We value candidates who have a deep understanding of B2B marketing and the ability to manage complex projects across diverse teams.
- Language Proficiency: You must be fluent in both Dutch and English, with a strong command of reading, writing, and speaking. Knowledge of German is considered a significant advantage.
- Experience: At least 6 years of experience in marketing, communications, or public relations, ideally within a B2B or software environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems like Salesforce or Dynamics 365, and digital marketing tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, or LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional qualification.
- Professional Qualities: You are a self-motivated individual who excels at problem-solving, data analysis, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet shared objectives.
