Role at a glance

We are seeking an Area Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a junior-level position based on-site in the Netherlands. You will be instrumental in executing our regional growth strategy while working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Your impact

• Partner with our sales team to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and execute localized marketing plans that directly support our growth objectives.
• Design and implement high-impact customer acquisition initiatives, including lead generation campaigns, webinars, thought leadership content, and industry events.
• Manage our social media presence and PR strategies to effectively engage target audiences and strengthen our brand identity across the region.

What you'll need

To succeed in this role, you should be a self-motivated communicator who is comfortable navigating complex, technical markets. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in marketing or business, or equivalent experience such as a NIMA-B qualification.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or public relations.
• Fluency in Dutch and English is required, while proficiency in German is considered a strong advantage.
• Technical proficiency with tools like Microsoft Office, HubSpot, Marketo, SEMrush, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Experience using CRM systems like Salesforce or Dynamics 365, alongside website analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a collaborative, B2B-focused environment.
