Role at a glance
We are seeking a Senior Area Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Hong Kong. This is a pivotal role for a seasoned professional who thrives on executing end-to-end marketing strategies, managing channel partnerships, and aligning regional efforts with our global growth objectives.
Your impact
- Drive lead generation and customer engagement by developing and executing localized marketing campaigns, including webinars, tradeshows, and thought leadership initiatives.
- Partner closely with regional sales teams to ensure our marketing plans align with market needs, pipeline goals, and overall revenue targets.
- Manage relationships with external channel partners by overseeing their marketing strategies, budgets, and performance tracking to ensure consistent ROI.
What you'll need
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, communications, or public relations, ideally within the B2B or software sectors.
- Fluency in English and Chinese (Putonghua, plus Traditional or Simplified Chinese) is essential for this multi-lingual role.
- Deep expertise in digital marketing platforms, including social media channels like WeChat, LinkedIn, and Douyin, as well as search engines like Baidu and Google.
- Proficiency with marketing automation and project management tools such as HubSpot, Asana, and On24.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to manage budgets, report on metrics, and make data-driven adjustments in real time.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- The ability and willingness to travel frequently to support regional activities.
