Area Marketing Manager at Minitab

At Minitab, we empower organizations to turn data into meaningful insights. We are looking for a senior Area Marketing Manager based in Hong Kong to join our team and drive demand generation and customer engagement across the APAC region.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns, including lead generation, webinars, seminars, workshops, and tradeshows, to support revenue growth.
• Manage paid and organic social media platforms, such as WeChat, Douyin, LinkedIn, and Google, to effectively target buyer personas.
• Collaborate closely with regional sales teams to ensure marketing plans align with market needs, pipeline goals, and outreach strategies.
• Oversee relationships with external channel partners and resellers, helping them manage their marketing budgets, strategies, and ROI tracking.
• Coordinate with the global marketing team to produce consistent communication materials and manage the localization of content assets.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics to make data-driven adjustments and identify new market opportunities.
• Provide administrative support and assist with regional activities as directed by the Regional Marketing Director.

Must-haves

• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of professional experience in marketing, communications, or public relations.
• Proven background in B2B, solutions, or software marketing.
• Expertise in social media advertising, keyword search, PR, and email marketing programs.
• Proficiency with marketing automation and communication tools like HubSpot, On24, Oktopost, and Asana.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Fluency in English and Putonghua, with the ability to read and write Traditional or Simplified Chinese.
• Experience managing the Greater China market and a willingness to travel frequently.
• The ability to thrive in a multi-lingual and multi-cultural professional environment.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience managing marketing activities for channel partners and resellers.
• Prior experience overseeing marketing programs in Southeast Asian or Indian markets.
• Advanced skills in planning and executing large-scale events and projects.
