What you bring

As a Senior Architectural Team Member, you will join us in a full-time, on-site capacity in the United States. You will be instrumental in proving the flexibility and ease of our building systems by developing over 20 residential projects into precise digital twins. Your work will bridge the gap between design and manufacturing, ensuring our architectural solutions are both beautiful and functional. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Verifying our architectural products through practical design applications and sample house development.
• Discovering case-based rules for our systems to identify where they thrive and where they can be improved.
• Collaborating with our software teams to implement design logic into our proprietary tools using Rhino, Grasshopper, and BIM workflows.

Requirements

We are looking for an innovative professional who holds a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in architecture and possesses at least 5 years of experience in architectural design or BIM roles, ideally within the residential sector. You should be highly proficient in Rhino and have an intermediate understanding of Grasshopper. We value candidates who have a passion for detail and order, coupled with strong technical, verbal, and aesthetic representation skills. You must be comfortable challenging traditional work methods, eager to develop new tools, and capable of thriving within a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team environment where English is the primary language.
