We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as an Architectural Team Member. What you'll be doing
- You will investigate the practical application of our building products by leading the design development of residential projects, specifically creating over 20 unique houses that serve as digital twins.
- You will refine our architectural systems by identifying where they thrive and where they face challenges, using your findings to improve our design logic.
- You will collaborate with our multidisciplinary teams, including our software developers in Italy, to translate architectural requirements into user-friendly digital tools.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong background in architecture and a passion for technical precision. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in architectural design or BIM, ideally within the residential sector.
- High proficiency in Rhino and an intermediate understanding of Grasshopper.
- Strong representation skills, covering technical, verbal, and aesthetic aspects of design.
- A proactive mindset that enjoys developing new tools and challenging traditional industry processes.
- Fluency in English and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
