About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Architectural Team Member to join us in a full-time, on-site capacity. In this position, you will focus on developing architectural systems by investigating the practical application of our building products through residential design projects. You will act as a key contributor to our multidisciplinary team, using your expertise to prove that our building systems offer both flexibility and ease of design.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply our architectural products to real-world design scenarios and conduct design development on a variety of sample houses.
- Create and refine precise digital twins using Rhino, Grasshopper, and our proprietary software, Dreamcatcher.
- Collaborate with our software teams in Italy to translate design logic into user-friendly digital tools while identifying where our systems excel or require further optimization.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in architecture.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in an architectural design or BIM role, ideally with a focus on residential projects.
- High proficiency in Rhino and an intermediate understanding of Grasshopper.
- Strong technical, verbal, and aesthetic representation skills.
- A proactive mindset, with the ability to develop new tools and challenge traditional construction workflows.
- The capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute effectively to a multidisciplinary team.
