About the Role
We are hiring a Senior Applied Scientist on a full-time basis. In this position you will design and deliver machine-learning systems that bring the latest advances in generative AI to our customers, working side-by-side with researchers, designers, product managers, and engineers to turn ambitious ideas into production-ready solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop cutting-edge machine-learning and generative-AI models for image, text, audio, and video content.
- Define the technical roadmap that enables brand-affinitized, hyper-personalized, and safe content generation across multiple modalities.
- Establish scalable processes for model training, fine-tuning, testing, and operation while driving data-informed metrics that guide product and company decisions.
Requirements
Minimum qualifications
- Ph.D. in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Specialization in computer vision, natural language processing, generative AI, or multimodal learning.
- Proficiency in Python or C/C++.
- Demonstrated research contributions through publications in top venues such as CVPR, ICML, ICLR, or NeurIPS.
- Proven ability to create self-contained, reusable, and testable modules and a passion for rapid prototyping.
Preferred qualifications
- Hands-on experience with AzureML, GCP Vertex AI, AWS SageMaker, or similar platforms.
- Two or more years designing, building, and scaling systems that train, test, and serve machine-learning models in production.
- Direct experience deploying and tuning generative-AI models.
- Prior work at a high-growth startup or technology company.
Location
This role is based on-site in India.
