What is this role?

This is a full-time, on-site Applied Scientist position at the senior level. You will join our engineering organization in India and help turn cutting-edge research into production systems that power personalized content generation for some of the world’s largest brands.

What will you do?

• Design and train advanced machine learning and generative models that create text, images, audio, and video while preserving each customer’s unique voice and safety standards.
• Define the technical roadmap for new content-generation capabilities and own the end-to-end delivery of major product and platform initiatives.
• Build repeatable processes for large-scale model training, fine-tuning, evaluation, and deployment, then measure success through clear, data-driven metrics.

What makes you a great fit?

You hold a Ph.D. in Computer Science or an equivalent practical background, with deep specialization in computer vision, natural language processing, generative AI, or multimodal learning. You are fluent in Python or C/C++ and have a demonstrated record of original research, evidenced by first-author publications at top venues such as CVPR, ICML, ICLR, or NeurIPS. You enjoy turning novel ideas into clean, reusable, and testable modules, and you thrive when prototyping quickly to explore what’s possible. Strong written and verbal communication in English helps you collaborate across research, design, product, and engineering teams.
