What you bring

We are seeking a Senior Applied Data Scientist to join our team on a full-time basis. You will work in a hybrid environment, with a preference for team members to be in our NYC office 2 to 3 days per week. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in AI, SaaS, and data analysis to build and scale our platform. Your primary responsibilities will include the following:

• Developing and deploying machine learning models for production use.
• Conducting deep exploratory data analysis to identify opportunities, troubleshoot data issues, and define model strategies.
• Translating complex client business requirements into actionable machine learning solutions.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience as an ML Engineer or Data Scientist, specifically within highly scalable production environments. You must have deep technical proficiency with tools like Keras, PyTorch, and SKLearn, as well as a strong grasp of data modeling concepts. We value candidates who are solutions-oriented team players with excellent communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders. A background in GCP, BigQuery, Vertex AI, or Dagster is highly desirable, as is a commitment to writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code. We are looking for an empathetic, ambitious professional who thrives on collaboration and is comfortable giving and receiving critical feedback.
