- Proficiency in full-stack engineering, with the ability to own and iterate on features across the entire stack.
- Practical experience with major LLM APIs and a solid understanding of memory, tool use, and multi-step agentic workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to debug production issues and optimize systems for latency, cost, and scalability.
- Strong communication skills, with a proven ability to work effectively alongside distributed and offshore engineering teams.
- A self-motivated mindset with a focus on ownership, accountability, and the ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
- Fluency in English.
Preferred qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience with advanced agent frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph.
- Familiarity with fine-tuning techniques, benchmarking, and human-in-the-loop workflow design.
- Industry knowledge regarding ESG and sustainability standards.
