We are looking for a Senior Applied AI Engineer to join our team on a full-time, hybrid basis in Hungary. At our company, we focus on pioneering lean principles in AI-enabled product development, crafting practical solutions that deliver real value to our clients through iterative refinement. As part of our growing Data and AI service line, you will work alongside architects, data scientists, and analysts to integrate advanced LLM capabilities into real-world systems, helping us shape the future of artificial intelligence.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Generative AI solutions, including RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, vector databases, and MCP servers.
Monitor and optimize these AI systems to ensure they remain accurate, reliable, and scalable in production environments.
Stay current with emerging AI frameworks and technologies to proactively introduce innovative practices into our client projects.

Requirements

At least 5 years of professional coding experience and a degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical background.
Strong hands-on experience with AI technologies such as LLMs, RAG agents, and agent workflow frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph.
Proficiency in Python or JavaScript, including building microservices, serverless functions, and webhooks to integrate with vector databases and knowledge graphs.
Knowledge of techniques for grounding, hallucination mitigation, and AI safety.
Intermediate English proficiency to collaborate effectively within our international team.
