We are VEED, the all-in-one online video platform that lets anyone go from recording to sharing without complex tools or multiple subscriptions. Backed by Sequoia and serving millions of users, our 180-person team continues to scale rapidly, and our 30-person Growth group now needs an ASO Specialist to expand our mobile reach.
Responsibilities
- Research, build, and roll out ASO strategies that lift app visibility and conversion rates across every relevant store.
- Run keyword research, refine metadata, and perform competitive analysis to keep our listings ahead of policy and ranking shifts.
- Track rankings and performance metrics with analytics tools, spotting trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Design and execute A/B tests and experiments, then turn the results into clear, data-backed next steps.
- Build reporting frameworks that measure ASO impact on user acquisition and overall business performance.
- Own in-app events and Custom Product Pages, from briefing and copywriting through to cross-team delivery.
- Partner with SEO, Growth, Marketing, Data, and Product teams to align ASO work with company goals.
- Contribute keyword insights and SEO support to wider growth projects when needed.
- Explore AI-driven tactics that can boost discoverability, engagement, and conversion from view to install.
Must-haves
- Senior-level expertise in App Store Optimization, including deep knowledge of store algorithms, analytics platforms, and proven ranking tactics.
- Strong command of reporting and data-visualization tools for handling large data sets.
- Logical problem-solving approach with the ability to break complex issues into actionable parts.
- Numbers-driven mindset that converts insights into marketing actions and influences business decisions.
- Excellent communication skills that translate technical metrics into simple, compelling stories.
- Fluency in English.
