As one of the top 50 social apps in India with a recent expansion into the US market, we are looking for a Senior App Growth Marketing Specialist to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies across multiple channels, including the creation of lookalike audiences and coordination of ad messaging with internal stakeholders.
- Analyze user journeys and retention data to map events for optimization on platforms like Facebook and Google, ensuring the best possible return on investment.
- Collaborate with our in-house creative team and utilize AI tools to produce witty, sassy, and engaging ad copy and video content that aligns with our unique brand voice.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in performance marketing, specifically within the tech startup or digital media industry.
- Proven track record of managing successful campaigns for mobile apps on platforms such as Meta, Google, and TikTok.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Adjust and Mixpanel, and a deep understanding of metrics like CPI and retention.
- A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to balance technical problem-solving with creative thinking while working under tight deadlines.
