We are Welocalize, a trusted global transformation partner that helps brands reach international audiences through multilingual content services in more than 250 languages. Our network of over 400,000 in-country linguistic resources supports clients across North America, Europe, and Asia, and we combine technology with human expertise to deliver high-quality training data for NLP-enabled machine learning. We are now looking for a full-time, remote AI Commercial Account Management Chief of Staff to strengthen our commercial operations and support the growth of our AI services.

Responsibilities

Shape and execute account management strategies for our AI data offerings, creating consistent processes that span multiple service lines and support our go-to-market leaders.
Build strong, long-term client relationships while partnering with operations and solutions teams to develop detailed proposals and design complex enterprise solutions that advance commercial goals.
Design standardized onboarding programs and sales enablement materials in collaboration with global teams, then develop analytics dashboards and define KPIs to track performance and guide continuous improvement.

Requirements

Senior-level experience in a comparable role, ideally within the AI services industry, along with proven matrixed leadership skills and the ability to influence cross-functional peers.
Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and exceptional communication and presentation skills suited to a fast-growing environment.
Proficiency with LMS platforms and sales enablement tools, combined with solid data analysis capabilities and familiarity with analytics tools.

What we offer

We provide a salary range of $145K to $160K along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, telemedicine, FSA and HSA options, life and disability coverage, an employee assistance program, and a 401(k) retirement plan. You will also receive 15 days of vacation that increases with service, six sick days, eight paid holidays, paid maternity leave, and paid adoption leave, all within a fully remote work arrangement.
