The role
We are seeking a Senior Analytics Manager to join our PSA team on a full-time basis. This is a high-impact, remote-friendly position that sits at the intersection of strategy and execution. You will play a vital role in scaling our business and driving key strategic initiatives. We are looking for an independent thinker who is comfortable navigating a fast-paced environment and possesses a strong entrepreneurial spirit. You will report directly to the Director of Growth Analytics and work closely with cross-functional partners to shape the future of our platform.
Core responsibilities
- Design and refine robust data models to support comprehensive reporting and analytics across our integrated platform for buying, vaulting, and selling collectibles.
- Perform deep-dive analyses to uncover opportunities for optimizing customer experiences and inform our broader business strategy through actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and data platform teams to define and track the key metrics that drive our business objectives forward.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should bring a blend of technical expertise and strategic thinking. We require the following qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in an analytics, data, or product-focused role, ideally within the consumer technology sector.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for extracting and manipulating large, complex datasets, along with experience in data modeling.
- Strong familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms.
- A bachelor’s degree is required, while a master’s degree in a quantitative field is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex data findings into clear insights for stakeholders.
Compensation and benefits
The salary range for this position is $132,000 to $180,000, with final compensation determined by factors such as your experience, skill set, and location. We support our team members with a comprehensive benefits package, including:
