We are looking for a senior Analytics Engineer to join our Data Infrastructure team and help us scale our systems to meet the demands of the next wave of AI innovation.
Key outcomes
- Design, build, and maintain scalable data models using dbt and SQL.
- Take full ownership of our analytics codebase and dbt workflow jobs to ensure reliable, efficient data pipelines.
- Implement rigorous testing strategies and assertions to guarantee high data integrity and consistency.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation to standardize best practices across the BI team.
- Bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders by translating complex data concepts into actionable business insights.
- Provide mentorship to junior analysts and engineers, specifically regarding experimentation platforms and data modeling standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with our product and engineering teams to align data infrastructure with evolving business objectives.
Requirements
- Extensive experience with dbt and SQL for architecting scalable data solutions.
- Strong proficiency in cloud technology platforms such as AWS or GCP.
- A deep commitment to data accuracy, including the use of automated testing and thorough documentation.
- Proven commercial acumen with the ability to align technical outputs with broader business goals.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical data issues to non-technical partners.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to mentor team members on best practices for logging, modeling, and reporting.
- Fluency in English.
Compensation
The salary range for this position is 61,000 to 67,000 USD. In addition to the salary, we offer the flexibility of remote work as part of our mission-driven culture.
