We are currently looking for an Analytics Engineer to help us revolutionize how the world interacts.
Key outcomes
- Collaborate with web and development teams to implement and maintain scalable tracking using Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Segment.
- Define and manage structured data layer requirements to support our marketing and analytics objectives.
- Configure and maintain essential tools, including BigQuery, Looker Studio, and Tableau.
- Perform rigorous quality assurance and debugging of tags and data flows using browser developer tools and proxy software.
- Optimize the integration of data between our Customer Data Platform and analytics tools.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency while maintaining compliance with privacy regulations like GDPR and CCPA.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable tracking solutions and contribute to strategic initiatives, such as unifying our brand domains and streamlining workflows with AI.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and create dashboards to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Monitor fraud-related data and provide summaries to the team to ensure the integrity of our digital ecosystem.
Requirements
- 2 to 5+ years of experience in a technical analytics role or web analytics implementation.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and browser developer tools.
- Expertise in Google Analytics 4 implementation and analysis.
- Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager and BigQuery.
- Working knowledge of Customer Data Platforms and data integration processes.
- Experience using debugging tools like Tag Assistant or Charles Proxy.
- Familiarity with SQL and cloud data platforms.
- Understanding of A/B testing frameworks and web personalization.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- A detail-oriented mindset with a focus on data integrity.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with BI tools such as Looker Studio or Tableau.
- Familiarity with platforms like Adobe AEM, Adobe Target, or Mutiny.
- Interest in applying AI-driven solutions to improve analytics workflows.
- Experience with server-side tagging or cookie management platforms like OneTrust.
- Exposure to fraud monitoring tools and processes.
