About the Role
We are looking for an Analyst or Senior Analyst to join our Performance Marketing Team on a full-time basis. This is a senior-level, on-site position where you will work within a data-driven department that leads the industry in online marketing. You will collaborate with a diverse group of experts, including data scientists and marketing strategists, to develop large-scale programs that enhance the lifetime value of our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage search engine experiments by testing text ads, bidding strategies, and campaign structures across platforms like Google, Bing, Baidu, and Naver.
- Analyze and optimize display campaigns on social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
- Develop sophisticated data models and build intuitive dashboards to support account managers and optimize our marketing performance.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess strong analytical skills and a passion for data. We require the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher from a top university in a quantitative field such as computer science, mathematics, engineering, statistics, or science.
- Fluent communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Excel and strong numerical reasoning abilities.
- Experience with data analysis tools or databases such as Python, SQL, SAS, R, SPSS, or Tableau.
- A high level of intellectual curiosity.
- Prior experience in digital marketing or academic research is considered a significant advantage.
Location
This position is based in Thailand.
