We are looking for a Senior Analyst of Marketing Strategy & Analytics to join our team in Thailand on a full-time basis. Agoda is a leading online travel platform that connects travelers with over 3.6 million accommodations worldwide. As part of Booking Holdings, our diverse team of 6,000 employees across 90 nationalities works to bridge the world through travel. We pride ourselves on a culture of experimentation and innovation, and we are seeking a motivated individual to help us drive growth through data-driven marketing strategies.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of marketing spend with Meta Search Engine partners to achieve profitability and revenue targets.
- Manage daily advertising relationships, including commercial terms, bidding strategies, and technical implementations.
- Collaborate with our Bidding and Analytics teams to optimize strategies and deliver actionable insights based on performance KPIs.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Math, Engineering, Economics, or Finance.
- Fluency in both English and Korean, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and MS Excel.
- A self-motivated, get-it-done attitude with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience in interacting with external senior-level executives and a proven ability to influence business outcomes.
