We are currently looking for a talented Marketing Analyst to join our team in the United States. Our hybrid work model allows you to enjoy the flexibility of working from home while coming together in our state-of-the-art office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays to foster connection and teamwork.
Key outcomes
- Drive business growth and marketing effectiveness by performing detailed diagnostics on spend, site, and sales data.
- Develop and manage Tableau dashboards to track key performance indicators and support diagnostic efforts.
- Partner with our media buying teams to analyze test results and implement strategic optimizations.
- Synthesize channel-level data to provide actionable recommendations for future campaign initiatives.
- Translate complex measurement outcomes into clear, compelling narratives using data visualization and storytelling techniques.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience in marketing analytics, with a focus on digital media channels.
- Minimum of two years of hands-on experience in data analysis using quantitative tools such as SQL and Python.
- Proficiency in Tableau or similar visualization tools to maintain operational metrics and provide insights to stakeholders.
- A solid understanding of performance marketing, campaign analysis, and media measurement.
- The ability to communicate complex analytical findings clearly to non-technical team members.
- Strong collaborative skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English.
Preferred qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data manipulation and presentation.
- Experience in identifying data inconsistencies and reconciling information across multiple sources.
- Deep knowledge of attribution and incrementality measurement practices.
