As part of the international Pietercil Group, we focus on positioning and growing both food and non-food FMCG brands together with retailers and manufacturers. To support our continued growth and professionalisation, we are expanding our IT team.

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Analyst Developer to join us on a full-time basis. In this position you will work closely with internal business stakeholders to design practical IT solutions and then build them yourself, combining analysis, full-stack development and reporting work in a single role.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with process owners to translate user stories into functional, user-friendly solutions and then develop those solutions independently using full-stack .NET technologies.
• Extract data from multiple source systems, build data models and create business reports as part of our reporting development efforts.
• Define test strategies, create test scenarios based on user stories, provide first-line functional support to key users and contribute to the overall architecture of our application landscape.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in IT.
• Proven experience with the .NET platform, including C#, Angular and Visual Studio, as well as Microsoft Windows Server technologies.
• Experience with ETL processes and Microsoft SQL Server technologies such as SSIS, SSRS and database servers is a strong advantage.
• Experience developing AI agents or models is considered a plus.
• Strong analytical skills, a results-oriented mindset and the ability to manage multiple initiatives while prioritising according to business needs.
• Fluency in Dutch and English; French is a significant asset.

Location

This position is based on-site in Belgium.
