What you bring
As an Analysis & Operations Associate, you will play a vital role in our mid-level, full-time team based in the United States. You will work in a hybrid capacity, balancing time between home and our office to ensure we stay connected and agile. Your daily contributions will be essential to our growth as you navigate between strategic planning and hands-on execution. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Data Analysis: You will extract meaningful insights to identify opportunities that drive our initiatives forward and communicate these findings clearly to leadership.
- Project Management: You will take ownership of workstreams by planning activities, coordinating across departments, and keeping stakeholders informed of our progress.
- Performance Monitoring: You will define key performance indicators and build dashboards to track the success of our projects for management and external partners.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate who brings 3 to 5 years of experience in consulting, project management, or analysis. You should be a strong communicator who can build relationships across the organization and influence others effectively. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential for your modeling and storytelling tasks. We value individuals who possess a growth mindset, demonstrate resilience in the face of ambiguity, and are comfortable managing shifting priorities. Fluency in English is required for this role.
