What you bring

We are looking for a Senior Analogue Camera Specialist to join us on a Full Time basis. In this role you will combine deep knowledge of analogue equipment with hands-on product development skills, working closely with our design and engineering teams to bring new cameras, lenses and accessories from first sketch to finished product. Your three main responsibilities will be conducting strategic market research and generating fresh product ideas, creating concepts, sketches and technical briefs for internal review, and collaborating with R&D on prototyping, testing and manufacturing. The position is based on-site in Hong Kong.

Requirements

You hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and bring solid knowledge of analogue photography-its equipment, history, artistry and technical aspects-along with an understanding of mechanical design and engineering principles for cameras and lenses. Experience in manufacturing processes, proficiency with 3D modelling tools such as Solidworks, Creo Parametric, Fusion 360 or Keyshot, and hands-on prototyping or 3D printing skills are clear advantages. You communicate confidently in both English and Chinese, and you are proactive, detail-oriented, energetic and eager to explore new possibilities.
