Are you ready to help us shape the future of chiplet-based systems? We are a leading startup focused on building high-performance technologies that redefine power, area, and design flexibility. We invite you to join our team of industry experts as we push the boundaries of what is possible in semiconductor engineering.
What you bring
We are looking for a mid-level Analog Design Engineer to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Canada. You will be a key part of our engineering group, utilizing your expertise in Cadence and layout design to build the next generation of high-speed systems. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing custom analog mixed-signal blocks specifically for high-speed wireline links.
- Collaborating closely with our digital teams to implement and optimize complex mixed-signal designs.
- Designing, verifying, and conducting post-silicon validation and characterization of your work.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should hold an M.S. or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and possess at least two years of experience designing high-speed SerDes components like PLLs, transmitters, and receivers. We require direct experience working with advanced CMOS nodes, such as 5nm or below, at data rates of 10Gb/s or higher. You must be highly proficient in the Cadence Virtuoso environment, including ADE and Spectre simulations. A deep understanding of high-speed layout challenges, including crosstalk isolation and parasitic management, is essential. We also value candidates who are comfortable with silicon bring-up, debug, and evaluation, and any hands-on layout experience is considered a significant asset.
What we offer
We are proud to offer a fun, fast-paced, and collaborative work environment where innovation is at the heart of everything we do. Our team operates from first principles to solve complex problems, and we provide our employees with excellent benefits to support their professional and personal well-being.
How to Apply
If you are passionate about engineering and want to contribute to a startup that is leading the way in chiplet technology, we would love to hear from you. Please submit your application to our team to start the conversation about how your skills and experience can help us achieve our goals.
