What is this role?
We are looking for a Senior Marketing and Communication Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a senior-level position that offers a hybrid work environment, giving you the flexibility to work remotely or join us at our office. You will play a vital role in shaping how we connect with our audience and grow our brand presence.
What will you do?
- Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of our digital marketing strategies to ensure we reach our growth targets.
- Manage our social media channels and oversee the production of high-quality content that resonates with our community.
- Develop and implement comprehensive communication plans while acting as the main point of contact for agencies and suppliers regarding creative assets, copy, and landing pages.
What makes you a great fit?
To succeed in this role, you should have a degree in Marketing, Social Communication, Advertising, or a related field. We are looking for someone who brings the following:
- Solid experience in digital marketing and a deep understanding of the landscape.
- Practical knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO, and Social Ads.
- Proven ability to manage social media accounts and produce engaging content.
- Familiarity with Inbound marketing and email campaigns.
- Bonus points if you have experience working with AI tools to streamline your workflow.
- Fluency in Portuguese.
