We are the Arbitrum Foundation, and we are looking for a dedicated Ambassador Program Ops and Analytics Manager to join our Marketing team. If you are passionate about data and enjoy building efficient systems, we would love to have you help us drive the success of our community initiatives.
What you bring
This is a full-time, mid-level role that can be performed from anywhere, as we are a fully remote team. You will be responsible for managing the backend operations of our program and using data to guide our strategic direction. Your core responsibilities will include the following:
- Analyzing program data to provide actionable insights that support decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Managing the health and accuracy of our ambassador database within Airtable to ensure consistent data hygiene.
- Coordinating across internal and external teams, including operations, legal, and finance, to ensure our programs run smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements
We are looking for someone who brings a blend of technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills. You should have at least three years of experience in project management, ideally within the Web3 sector, along with a background in operations or data analytics. Proficiency in Airtable or similar database management tools is essential. You must be highly organized, capable of multitasking, and possess a sharp eye for detail. Because you will be collaborating with diverse stakeholders, you should be a clear communicator who thrives in a team-oriented environment. Fluency in English is required for this position.
