Amazon Channel Manager at Tlnt

We are a US-based manufacturer of premium tech accessories and gadgets, and we are looking for a talented Amazon Channel Manager to join our team. Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of our Amazon.com product listings, including creating detail pages, managing A+ Content, and conducting SEO keyword research.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as promotions, coupons, lightning deals, and Amazon Live to drive conversion.
• Manage end-to-end Seller Central operations, ensuring full compliance with account metrics and fulfillment processes.
• Coordinate with our Operations team to maintain healthy inventory levels, manage FBA restock limits, and ensure proper product labeling.
• Collaborate with our advertising and IS/IT teams to optimize search rankings and maintain product feeds through tools like Celigo and Netsuite.
• Monitor the competitive landscape daily, adjusting pricing and strategies to protect our Buy Box rate and overall profitability.
• Handle customer service inquiries and identify trends to improve the overall buyer experience.
• Analyze performance data to track KPIs such as ROAS, ACoS, and organic rankings.
• Manage the Amazon Associates affiliate program and ensure accurate financial reporting in collaboration with our Accounting team.

Must-haves

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record of managing Amazon channels and successfully driving sales growth.
• Deep understanding of Amazon marketplace dynamics, algorithms, and best practices.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
• Demonstrated experience with Amazon Seller Central and e-commerce operations.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Strong project management skills with high attention to detail.
• Fluency in English.
