The role

We are seeking a Senior Allround Marketeer to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Belgium. This is an ideal opportunity for a proactive and creative professional with three to five years of experience who is ready to take the next significant step in their career. You will play a vital role in strengthening our commercial efforts and ensuring our marketing initiatives deliver measurable impact.

Core responsibilities

• Develop and manage diverse marketing projects, including the creation of sales support materials like brochures and presentations, while coordinating client events and trade shows from start to finish.
• Oversee our online presence by managing SEO and SEA strategies, tracking performance through Google Analytics, and producing compelling content and visuals for our website and social media channels.
• Lead marketing project management by maintaining a clear overview of timelines, collaborating across internal teams to ensure brand consistency, and utilizing marketing automation to reach our target audiences effectively.

Skills and experience

To succeed in this role, you should possess a blend of analytical thinking and creative execution. We require the following qualifications:

• Fluency in both Dutch and French.
• Proven expertise in SEO, Google Analytics, content marketing, social marketing, copywriting, and graphic design.
• Strong project management skills with a focus on business impact and ROI.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to turn data-driven insights into actionable decisions.
• Experience with marketing automation tools, such as HubSpot, is considered a significant asset.
