About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Alliance Manager to join our Growth team on a full-time basis. This role is essential to our mission, as you will be responsible for identifying, cultivating, and managing strategic partnerships that expand our reach in the public sector. You will work closely with our Business Development and Delivery teams to shape our partner strategy, manage joint venture relationships, and support our proposal and capture efforts. This is a remote position that requires a strategic mindset and the ability to collaborate effectively across both internal and external teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and build relationships with small businesses, large integrators, and mission-aligned organizations within the government technology ecosystem.
- Lead the partnering strategy for capture efforts, which includes drafting, reviewing, and negotiating teaming agreements, NDAs, and subcontracting plans.
- Coordinate with our proposal team to ensure partner contributions, such as past performance and technical expertise, are aligned with solicitation requirements.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in strategic alliances, partnerships, or capture and proposal management within a consulting or government contracting environment.
- A deep understanding of government procurement processes, specifically regarding partnering structures for RFPs, IDIQs, and BPAs.
- Proven experience in B2B sales and the ability to negotiate complex agreements.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools is considered a plus.

This is a remote position.
