You will join Airship, a company trusted by leading brands such as Alaska Airlines, BBC, and The Home Depot to create seamless customer experiences across apps, websites, email, SMS, and more. Our no-code, AI-powered platform helps growth-focused teams deliver personalized interactions that drive revenue and build lasting customer relationships. As an Alliance and Partnership Manager, you will expand our reach across the MarTech ecosystem by building and strengthening relationships with agencies and technology partners throughout Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
What you'll be doing
- Build and run a structured co-sell program by creating playbooks, identifying joint targets with priority technology partners, and enabling partner sales teams so Airship remains top of mind during their customer conversations.
- Generate and accelerate pipeline by proactively reaching out to partners, positioning joint solutions, and leveraging partner networks to source new opportunities and provide critical support on active deals.
- Serve as the main connection between partners and Airship’s Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Marketing, and Product teams to align partner activities with company priorities and ensure consistent execution across regions.
What you'll bring
You bring seven to ten years of experience in technology partnerships, business development, or channel sales within the SaaS or MarTech industry, along with a proven record of generating partner-sourced pipeline and influenced revenue in a quota-bearing role. You maintain an existing network of relationships with technology partners and platform vendors relevant to the MarTech ecosystem, including CDPs, marketing clouds, cloud platforms, and engagement or personalization ISVs. You demonstrate strong commercial acumen that ties partner activities directly to measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes, and you can comfortably explain integration use cases, API-based workflows, and data flows without needing to be an engineer. You have experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams in a SaaS environment, and you communicate clearly and persuasively with stakeholders at every level. You have already experimented with AI tools in your work or personal life, or you are eager to learn. English fluency is required.
Additional experience that would strengthen your application includes a deep understanding of customer engagement, mobile marketing, or digital marketing solutions; previous work at a high-growth SaaS company with fifty to three hundred million dollars in revenue; familiarity with partner intelligence and CRM tools such as Crossbeam and Salesforce; experience managing partnerships across multiple European markets; comfort working across time zones, cultures, and regulatory environments; and familiarity with EMEA data privacy requirements such as GDPR as they relate to partner integrations and data-sharing arrangements.
What you'll get
You will receive medical insurance options for yourself and your dependents, flexible time off, paid holidays, paid parental leave, and paid volunteer time off. You will also receive support for overall wellbeing through employer-subsidized mental health and employee wellness programs, a digital-first work environment with a monthly stipend to support remote work, and mentorship and growth opportunities to build skills and accelerate professional development. This role also offers stock options, giving you a direct opportunity to share in Airship’s success.
