What you bring

We are looking for a Junior AI Video Creator and Editor to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote role that is open to candidates located anywhere. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between raw AI generation and high-quality, cinematic storytelling. Your primary focus will be maintaining a high daily output of engaging video content while ensuring every piece meets our professional standards. Your key responsibilities include:

• Leveraging advanced text-to-video and image-to-video tools to generate raw visual assets.
• Editing and stitching AI-generated clips into cohesive narratives for social media platforms.
• Applying manual polish to fix AI-related errors, such as pacing issues or visual glitches, to ensure a seamless final product.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have at least 12 months of experience in content creation and video editing. You must be fluent in English and possess a strong command of both generative AI tools and traditional editing software. We are looking for someone who understands the nuances of social media pacing and knows how to create effective hooks that drive engagement. You should be highly organized, capable of managing a fast-paced production pipeline, and comfortable troubleshooting technical issues like AI hallucinations. A portfolio that highlights your ability to blend AI-generated assets with manual editing techniques is essential for this position.
