The opportunity

We are building a specialized talent pool of senior professionals to drive our AI initiatives forward. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Spain, where you will sit at the intersection of human-led education and machine intelligence. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our product roadmap, ensuring that our AI-powered innovations remain deeply human-centric while delivering measurable progress for our global community of tutors and students.

A day in the life

• You will collaborate across cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product, Design, Data, and Research, to conceptualize and deploy AI-driven features.
• You will tackle complex technical challenges that require rapid iteration, ensuring our tools provide meaningful, personalized support to learners worldwide.
• You will contribute to a high-performance culture by sharing insights, mentoring peers, and pushing the boundaries of what is possible in educational technology.

Who you are

You are a seasoned professional with deep expertise in your field. You possess a strong background in Engineering, AI, Product, Design, Data, or Research. You are comfortable working in an English-speaking environment and thrive in collaborative, fast-paced settings. You have a proven ability to solve difficult problems and a genuine desire to build products that make a real difference in people's lives.
