We are searching for a curious and inventive Senior AI Systems Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. We are an early-stage company dedicated to building AI-first tools that help engineering teams work smarter and faster. Our mission is to eliminate developer busywork by using LLMs and automation to streamline workflows, generate insights, and identify project blockers. As a member of our small, fast-moving team, you will have the opportunity to shape our product direction and see your work reach users quickly. This role is remote and open to candidates located anywhere.
Responsibilities
- Design, write, and deploy production-grade Python code to build and enhance dynamic AI pipelines.
- Experiment with various LLM tuning strategies to solve complex qualitative challenges, such as identifying project risks or task blockers.
- Take ownership of features from the initial prototype phase through to stable, production-ready deployment, including the configuration and maintenance of distributed cloud services.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in AI and LLMs, including a strong understanding of how these models function under the hood.
- Proven experience shipping production Python code using backend frameworks like FastAPI or Flask.
- Proficiency in Natural Language Processing techniques to transform and parse text for LLM-based operations.
- Strong DevOps fundamentals with hands-on experience in CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- A self-directed, builder mindset with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
