The role

We are looking for a Senior AI Solutions Partner to join our team in a full-time, hybrid capacity within the United States. This is a strategic role for a process-oriented leader who can bridge the gap between AI potential and frontline execution. You will act as a cross-functional operator, identifying high-impact use cases and integrating AI tools to enhance productivity and automate workflows across our G&A organization.

Core responsibilities

• Analyze current G&A workflows and pain points to identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities for AI adoption.
• Design, build, and deploy automated solutions using low-code platforms, APIs, and scripting to improve team capacity and operational accuracy.
• Serve as an AI mentor and coach to increase AI literacy across the department while ensuring all solutions align with security and legal governance standards.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in operations, internal consulting, or strategic process improvement within a G&A functional area.
• Strong technical fluency with SaaS systems, including the ability to build custom workflows and integrate APIs.
• A solid grasp of AI concepts such as prompt design, model limitations, and data privacy.
• Proven ability to launch and measure the success of AI-powered tools in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English and a demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders without authority.

Compensation and benefits
