As we continue to break down barriers in the housing market, we are looking for a Senior AI Solutions Engineer to join our team in the United States. What you'll be doing

• You will discover and design AI solutions by interviewing stakeholders, mapping out workflows, and selecting the right tools from our Assist, Automate, and Compose tracks.
• You will build and refine rapid prototypes, ranging from knowledge copilots and agentic workflows to low-code applications, while hardening successful projects for production use.
• You will act as an internal educator and evangelist, creating labs, prompt libraries, and documentation to empower our product, engineering, and operations teams to build with confidence.

What you'll bring

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong blend of technical expertise and a passion for teaching. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• Extensive experience with stakeholder discovery, process mapping, and translating business needs into actionable AI use cases.
• Hands-on proficiency with AI tooling, including knowledge retrieval systems like Glean or Gemini, agent-building platforms such as Vertex AI or Retool, and low-code environments like Copilot Studio.
• Strong technical foundations with 3 to 5 years of experience working with data and APIs, specifically SQL, REST, JSON, and CSV.
• A natural ability to craft and refine LLM prompts and explain technical concepts to non-technical colleagues.
• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Excellent communication skills in English and a proven track record of leading workshops or creating self-serve guides.
• An iterative mindset that allows you to test, learn, and refine solutions quickly.
