What you bring

As a Senior AI Solutions Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing and deploying advanced machine learning and LLM solutions for our global customers. This full-time, remote position requires a blend of technical mastery and strategic communication, as you will serve as the primary bridge between our research teams and our clients. Your core responsibilities include:

• Designing and guiding the implementation of scalable, production-ready machine learning and LLM architectures within diverse customer environments.
• Acting as the lead technical contact for client projects, which includes hosting workshops, delivering presentations, and managing long-term project relationships.
• Establishing and enforcing rigorous standards for data governance, ethical AI, and regulatory compliance, such as GDPR and CCPA.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with a Master’s or Ph.D. in a quantitative field like Computer Science, Data Science, or Machine Learning. You should bring extensive hands-on experience in predictive modeling, production deployment, and the fine-tuning of LLMs. Proficiency in Python and SQL is essential, along with deep familiarity with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, XGBoost, and Transformers. We are looking for someone with a strong background in cloud deployment, specifically on GCP, AWS, or Azure, and a proven ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience in high-growth or startup environments is highly valued, and you must be comfortable working in a globally distributed, diverse team while maintaining a high standard of English communication.
