What is this role?

We are seeking an AI Solution Architect to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. This is a mid-level position that blends deep technical expertise with a customer-facing mindset. You will play a pivotal role in helping our clients deploy large language models across various industries, serving as a bridge between our cutting-edge technology and real-world business needs.

What will you do?

• Provide expert guidance on prompting, fine-tuning, and deploying our models to ensure they meet the specific requirements of each customer use case.
• Act as a key link between our clients and our internal product and technical teams, relaying feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with our infrastructure, data science, and sales teams to successfully deliver tailored solutions, with a particular focus on supporting our on-premise customers.

What makes you a great fit?

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in both software engineering and machine learning. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• A degree in computer science, applied AI, mathematics, or data science from a top engineering school.
• At least 3 years of experience working as a machine learning or deep learning engineer.
• Proficiency in Python and a solid understanding of software engineering principles.
• Proven experience in MLOps and the ability to deploy machine learning projects at scale.
• Excellent communication skills, specifically the ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, clear language for our clients.
• A genuine passion for AI and a commitment to staying current with the latest industry advancements.

It is a bonus if you have two or more years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as a Sales Engineer or Solutions Architect, or if you have hands-on experience building LLM applications using tools like Langchain, LlamaIndex, or SpaCy.
