We are currently looking for a talented individual to join our AI Platform team and help us build the tools that make innovation possible across our entire organization.

What is this role?

We are looking for a Senior AI Software Engineer to join us on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role based in the United Kingdom. You will be a key part of our AI Platform team, where you will focus on developing the internal ecosystem that allows our feature teams to test, deliver, and maintain cutting-edge AI products.

What will you do?

• Design and maintain scalable AI platform features and APIs that empower our internal teams to integrate advanced technologies into their workflows.
• Implement essential governance measures, such as metrics tracking, security protocols, and role-based access controls, to ensure our AI systems are enterprise-ready.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to integrate machine learning models and generative AI, ensuring these solutions provide a cohesive and intuitive experience for our customers.

To succeed in this role, you should be a proactive problem-solver with a strong background in software engineering and AI. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• Proven experience in integrating AI and machine learning solutions within a product development environment, including familiarity with prompt engineering and model validation.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Node.js, along with a solid grasp of clean code and enterprise architectural patterns.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes for deploying microservices or AI models.
• Experience building and maintaining asynchronous systems for automation.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and serverless architectures, such as edge compute environments.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative, dynamic team.
• Fluency in English.
