What you bring

We are seeking a Senior AI Software Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. In this hybrid role based in the United States, you will bridge the gap between technical development and creative design to deliver secure, enterprise-grade learning experiences. You will be expected to leverage AI-powered coding tools to accelerate your workflow while maintaining a high standard of performance and interoperability. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Building and delivering scalable features that enhance our platform, including LMS integrations and custom B2B tools.
• Developing intuitive user management and administrative dashboards to track program performance.
• Ensuring that all platform features meet rigorous standards for privacy, accessibility, and information security.

Requirements

The ideal candidate possesses a strong computer science foundation, including deep knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and microservice architecture. You should have at least three years of professional software development experience and a proven track record of delivering end-to-end projects. Proficiency with the Python ecosystem, including Django and FastAPI, is essential, as is experience with frontend technologies like React.js and Next.js. You must be comfortable with Docker and Test Driven Development practices. Beyond technical skills, we value excellent communication in English and a bachelor’s degree in a technical field. You should be a self-starter who is genuinely passionate about the AI domain and familiar with modern machine learning frameworks and LLM applications.
