AI Software Engineer at Topline Pro

We are now looking for a mid-level AI Software Engineer to join our team in Boston on a full-time, on-site basis to help us scale our technology to the next level.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance AI-powered assistants and agent capabilities designed to help small business owners manage their daily operations.
• Build and maintain the necessary infrastructure and pipelines to deploy scalable, real-time AI features within our production environment.
• Prototype, evaluate, and iterate on new AI applications by incorporating direct user feedback to ensure high performance and utility.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong technical background and a passion for building intuitive products. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• At least 2 years of dedicated experience in AI, machine learning, or NLP roles, supported by a total of 5 years of software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with machine learning libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face.
• Practical experience with OpenAPI, vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
• Experience deploying AI models into production environments and working within an Agile Scrum framework.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and product managers.
