At dLocal, we facilitate payment collections for the world's largest companies across 40 emerging markets. By acting as both a payment processor and a merchant of record, we help global brands simplify their expansion and boost conversion rates. We are currently seeking a Senior AI Product Manager to join our remote-first team on a full-time basis. You will work alongside more than 1,000 colleagues from over 30 nationalities, contributing to a culture that values innovation, customer focus, and resilience.
Responsibilities
- Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the AI Core team, ensuring our tools and platforms empower engineers to build and deploy AI-powered solutions efficiently.
- Adopt a developer-first approach by collaborating closely with our engineering team to understand technical workflows, gather insights, and translate complex needs into clear product specifications.
- Serve as an AI evangelist by staying current with industry advancements and identifying strategic opportunities to apply new technologies to real-world challenges at dLocal.
Requirements
- A strong technical background, ideally with previous experience as a Software Engineer or a Technical Product Manager focused on developer tools.
- Deep passion for AI and machine learning, with a proven track record of experimenting with and utilizing AI technologies in your professional work.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, combined with strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure is considered a significant asset.
- A history of thriving in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
