What you bring
As a Senior AI Research Engineer working in a full-time capacity, you will lead our scientific roadmap by investigating and prototyping novel approaches to NLP and Agentic AI. This role is remote and open to candidates located anywhere. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Solving complex, open-ended challenges in noise-robust NLP and data-efficient learning where standard solutions do not yet exist.
- Designing and managing data synthesis pipelines to generate and process high-quality datasets for training and evaluation.
- Advancing our agentic architectures by researching and implementing techniques like ReAct and Chain-of-Thought to improve planning reliability.
Requirements
We are seeking a candidate with a proven track record of navigating ambiguity and designing rigorous experiments to validate hypotheses. You should possess excellent Python proficiency and a history of writing clean, modular code. A strong familiarity with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow is essential, as is a deep understanding of the modern NLP ecosystem. We value candidates who view data curation as a core research activity and have experience with Active Learning, advanced tuning methods, and agentic frameworks. Fluency in English is required, and any background in speech processing or a history of technical publications will be highly regarded.
