AI QA Automation Engineer at Diabolocom

We are now looking for a dedicated professional to join our AI department and help us push the boundaries of customer experience technology.

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior AI QA Automation Engineer for a full-time position. In this role, you will be a vital member of our AI team, focusing on the development and maintenance of our sophisticated AI products. You will play a key part in ensuring our solutions remain at the forefront of the industry while maintaining the high standards of quality our clients expect.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive test strategies for AI and machine learning products, including pipelines, APIs, and fuzzing.
• Build and maintain robust automation frameworks using tools such as Pytest, TypeScript, Playwright, and k6.
• Collaborate closely with our R&D team and AI engineers to evaluate datasets, model performance, and inference results.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong technical background and a proactive approach to quality assurance. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• At least 5 years of professional experience as a QA Engineer or SDET.
• Advanced proficiency in load and stress testing, including the ability to identify bottlenecks and measure service performance against SLA and SLO targets.
• Experience in profiling Python software and designing tests for LLM behavior, such as anomaly detection and prompt injection.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively in English within a remote, multicultural team.
• A solid understanding of Linux environments and familiarity with audio data formats is considered a significant advantage.
