Diabolocom is seeking a Senior AI Product Owner Manager to join our team on a full-time basis in France. We empower organizations worldwide to build brand loyalty and drive sales growth through our innovative cloud-based solutions for contact centers. Our dedicated AI team is at the forefront of developing proprietary, scalable technologies for customer relations, including sentiment analysis, voicebots, and automated call summaries. With a global presence serving over 350 clients, we are looking for a collaborative leader to help shape our product vision and deliver high-impact solutions in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Translate complex feature requests, business strategies, and market opportunities into clear product priorities and actionable user stories.
- Define and manage the product roadmap in collaboration with our Head of AI Products, ensuring value is delivered iteratively through agile sprints.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from initial specification and backlog management to production, while collaborating closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and support teams.
Requirements
- A degree from an engineering or business school with a strong technical background.
- At least 3 years of experience in Product Ownership or Product Management.
- A deep understanding of AI technologies and a passion for applying them to solve real-world business challenges.
- Proven experience working with lean and agile methodologies.
- A strong focus on User Experience and ergonomics, combined with excellent communication skills in English.
