We are looking for a Senior AI Product Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. At Notion, our mission is to empower everyone to tailor software to solve their unique challenges. Since 2016, we have helped thousands of organizations, including Pixar, Figma, and Plaid, transform how they work through design and craft. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a strategic leader to help shape the future of Notion AI. This role functions like a startup within a startup, giving you the autonomy to explore the latest in AI technology while driving our go-to-market strategy. Please note that this is an on-site position based in the United States, and we currently require employees to work from the office for three days each week, including Mondays and Thursdays.
Responsibilities
- Orchestrate complex product launches by leading cross-functional teams across marketing, brand, sales, and customer success to ensure alignment on goals and timelines.
- Craft compelling, opinionated messaging that differentiates Notion AI in a competitive landscape, translating technical capabilities into clear value for our users.
- Partner closely with our product, monetization, and leadership teams to define AI strategy, influence pricing and packaging, and champion the needs of our users.
Requirements
- Extensive senior-level experience in product marketing, specifically with a focus on AI messaging and storytelling.
- Proven track record of leading Tier 1 product launches that involve multiple cross-functional stakeholders.
- Exceptional writing skills and the ability to produce punchy, persuasive content for various channels.
- Strong leadership capabilities, including the confidence to drive high-level meetings and manage large-scale project kickoffs.
- A growth-oriented mindset with a history of setting and exceeding ambitious, measurable goals.
What we offer
We are committed to providing highly competitive compensation for our team members. For this position, the estimated base salary range is $165,000 to $200,000 USD.
